BUT -- inspite of all this, very charming. Moldings and wainscotting. Large master bedroom and kitchen. A small room off the kitchen that was used by last tenants as a second bedroom. I use it for watching TV. Temperature Is the residence well insulated? No Are there window screens? Yes Are there storm windows? No Is the residence warm enough? Yes Is it hard to regulate the heat? (For example, does the thermostat work? Do you have to open windows in the winter?): Yes Comments on any of the above (temperature): Hard to regulate hear b/c it's an old house. Especially on the third floor. Sometimes excruciatingly hot, sometimes chilly. Relationship With Landlord Does s/he enter the premises without your consent or without giving legal notice? (Explain below.): No If yes, have you taken any legal action concerning the disagreement? (Explain below.): No Explanations and comments: Landlord seems to much prefer girls to men, and to prefer conservatory students over college students. None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: Great location -- 3 minute walk to the Con!
