Comments on condition:
I live on the 3rd floor, which has a very college student feel to it -- no matter how much you clean it, the floors have a grungy look (paint stains) and the walls (some graffiti in pen). BUT -- inspite of all this, very charming. Moldings and wainscotting. Large master bedroom and kitchen. A small room off the kitchen that was used by last tenants as a second bedroom. I use it for watching TV.

Temperature
Is the residence well insulated? No
Are there window screens? Yes
Are there storm windows? No
Is the residence warm enough? Yes
Is it hard to regulate the heat?
(For example, does the thermostat work? Do you have to open windows in the winter?): Yes

Comments on any of the above (temperature):
Hard to regulate hear b/c it's an old house. Especially on the third floor. Sometimes excruciatingly hot, sometimes chilly.
