(Explain below.): No Explanations and comments: After my housemates and I intentionally neglected to answer the door, Bill Reynolds entered the premises without our permission. However, he normally calls a day in advance before coming over.
Bill Reynolds makes the necessary repairs very promptly, even to the degree of being annoying, i.e. fixing the power box when people are trying to sleep at 11:30 AM.
I'm sure we'll only get a portion of our security deposit back due to cleaning and repair costs. Neighborhood & Location Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix?
