Have you had any disagreements with your landlord/landlady concerning who has the responsibility for making the repairs? Yes

Do you expect to have any problems getting your security deposit returned? If yes, why? (Explain below.): No

Have you had any major disagreements with your landlord/landlady? (Explain below.): No

If yes, have you taken any legal action concerning the disagreement? (Explain below.): No

Explanations and comments:
Yes, he's willing to make repairs. Actually, he doesn't want or trust the tenants to do so much as replace a lightbulb. But he sometimes takes longer than he says to get around to making the requested repairs.

The landlord has many rules. The ones that bother me most are: no pets ("if it's not human, it's a pet"), no candles (he'll tell you long, pensive stories), no overnight guests, no opening windows during heating season under penalty of a fine, and you can only tack things onto the walls (no tape or nails). Granted, he offers to nail things up for you if you request. He did come up without giving notice when he heard one of my housemates hammering nails into her wall to tell her she couldn't do that. He gets Very Upset if you break any of these rules. I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting.

Neighborhood & Location
Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Mix
For whom is the noise level appropriate? School children
Problems with location? None of the above
