Do you have to open windows in the winter?): No Comments on any of the above (temperature): A lot of the storm window frames are broken. They need to be fixed very badly. Relationship With Landlord Does s/he enter the premises without your consent or without giving legal notice? No Have you observed on the part of the landlord/landlady discrimination on the basis of sex, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.? No Is the landlord/landlady willing to make repairs? (Explain below.): No Explanations and comments: We asked the landlord to fix the storm windows, but he never did. You should pressure him to do so. Lots of problems with domestic violence or something of the like a couple doors down.
