We had a hard time heating the house, but then got new doors and storm windows, so it shouldn't be a problem next year.

While Richard is not prompt in making repairs, they do occur, and each time have gone beyond our expectations as far as quality.

Comments on the neighborhood:
This house is right next to the environmental center. It's as close to on campus as can be. Harkness, Fairchild, and South are all a 30 second walk away.
