Great condition, definately luxurious. Watch out for shady shower downstairs, rats in attic (but only the attic). Connie Grube is a little wacky but a solid landlady.

Explanations and comments:
Connie Grube comes to the house whenever she wants but will call a little in advance. Kinda scared we wont get the security deposit back because since the house is so nice, we have to leave it really nice.

Lots of traffic, trucks run by all night, close enough to campus though.
