THe place is what you pay for, things are a bit unfinished, but perfectly livable. You can work out a discounted price if you ask for it for the year. Utilities a bit more than average, but seemed fine. Insulation not great but manageable

Not really loud, but parties do happen sometimes and that was never a problem. Nice neighborhood. Good to be surrounded by students.
