Comments on condition:
House was in good condition, there is a minor problem with "carpet eaters." there is backlot parking now but no light back there... a little dark at times. Overall a very clean house.

Well insulated house although heat was unevenly distributed to the bedrooms.

Always willing to make repairs. Not very prompt though-- takes about two weeks or so unless the issue is extremely important.

Comments on the neighborhood:
Neighbors complain about drivin cars too fast on the drive way. We never got noise complaints though.
