It's an old house, with a bit of a tendency to non-right angles, but it's cozy, pretty, and kept in great condition by an incredibly dedicated landlord. Temperature Is the residence well insulated? Do you have to open windows in the winter?): No Comments on any of the above (temperature): The heating is fine - and the landlord pays for it - except for the front bedroom, which gets very cold. He's working on improving the insulation. Relationship With Landlord Does s/he enter the premises without your consent or without giving legal notice? (Explain below.): No Explanations and comments: Blane is absolutely terrific, very responsive, incredibly dedicated to keeping the place up and improving it. He tears out walls, he replaces carpeting, he replaces smoke detector batteries, he plants berries in the backyard... You could not get a more dedicated landlord.
