Comments on condition:
This is a terrific place. It's an old house, with a bit of a tendency to non-right angles, but it's cozy, pretty, and kept in great condition by an incredibly dedicated landlord.

The heating is fine - and the landlord pays for it - except for the front bedroom, which gets very cold. He's working on improving the insulation.

Explanations and comments:
Blane is absolutely terrific, very responsive, incredibly dedicated to keeping the place up and improving it. He tears out walls, he replaces carpeting, he replaces smoke detector batteries, he plants berries in the backyard... You could not get a more dedicated landlord.

Great block, a mix of students and families. Behind the middle school, close to campus.
