It gets quite hot upstairs in the winter (it is a loft type apartment on two floors) so it is sometimes difficult to maitain a desired temp on both floors, but the top is just a bedroom. Also, the apt. is exceptionally well insulated, though you would not think it to look at it.

I live almost at the corner of Union and North Professor... really close to gym, Stevenson, not so great if you spend a lot of time on south campus.
