Temperature Is the residence well insulated? Yes Are there window screens? Yes Are there storm windows? No Is the residence warm enough? Yes Is it hard to regulate the heat? (For example, does the thermostat work? Do you have to open windows in the winter?): No Comments on any of the above (temperature): It gets quite hot upstairs in the winter (it is a loft type apartment on two floors) so it is sometimes difficult to maitain a desired temp on both floors, but the top is just a bedroom. Also, the apt. is exceptionally well insulated, though you would not think it to look at it. None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: I live almost at the corner of Union and North Professor... really close to gym, Stevenson, not so great if you spend a lot of time on south campus.
