The windows are new and very well insulated. The only thing is that there is a gap under the door, but it's the door that leads to the lobby, not to the outside , so it's not really a big deal.

They are AMAZING on the repairs- the same day or the next day, and we've never had to have everything repaired more than once.

Comments on the neighborhood:
I guess that the only reason it's too far to walk to town is that I might be lazy- it's really only the same distance to town as going from North.
