Explanations and comments:
We were quite upset about the noise level, and he was quite unresponsive. The only thing he considered was giving everyone a curfew, which wouldn't have worked since our neighbors walking made such a racket. He was quite rude with us on this issue. He also wouldn't allow us to have pets, and made us pay for the extra bedroom to turn it into a living room (since there was no living room)-- next year, he is allowing pets and charging it as a two bedroom, completely screwing us over!

Neighborhood & Location
Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Townspeople
For whom is the noise level appropriate? Rowdy college students
Problems with location? Too far to walk to town

Comments on the neighborhood:
Our one neighboring house is cool, the other has a wacky guy who shoots fire crackers at squirrels.
