Do you have to open windows in the winter?): No Comments on any of the above (temperature): You have to make sure to insulate the passage to the attic or your heating will get expensive. Relationship With Landlord Does s/he enter the premises without your consent or without giving legal notice? No Have you observed on the part of the landlord/landlady discrimination on the basis of sex, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.? No Is the landlord/landlady willing to make repairs? (Explain below.): No Explanations and comments: The landlady is friendly and well-meaning, although she talks a lot. We haven't anything that needed repairing but she and her husband seem like they would be very good about it if anything came up. Her husband is always over shoveling snow or mowing the lawn, etc. He does a great job and our sidewalk is usually the first one cleared on the street! Neighborhood & Location Are your neighbors towns-people, students, or a mix? Mix For whom is the noise level appropriate? School children Problems with location? None of the above Comments on the neighborhood: Walnut street borders the middle school. There are lot of families with kids on the street, but also some college kids who have loud parties on occasion. Generally the noise level is very reasonable, and since the street is only a block long there is no traffic noise at all.
