Obama Talks to ReviewIn recent weeks, the United States has been struggling through the most devastating financial crisis since the Great Depression. As Election Day approaches, economic issues now dominate the focus of the 2008 presidential race. The Review connected over the phone with Democratic presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama about these issues and their impact on young Americans. Campus Union Votes to StrikeLast night, the United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers Local 2192 chapter -- which includes the College's CDS workers, custodians and maintenance workers -- voted to strike against the College in a show of unity for their grievances regarding the most recently proposed contract.
