Welcome

Welcome to the homepage for the Oberlin College Democrats! The OC Democrats are a voice of progressive politics and activism on Oberlin's campus, working to register voters, support local candidates, elections, and initiatives, and turn out the vote on Election Day. We also sponsor a conference in the spring semester for college Democrats throughout Ohio, keynoted by speakers such Joe Trippi, campaign manager for the Dean campaign, and Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich. We also have a history of bringing well-known speakers to campus, including former mayor of Cincinnati Jerry Springer. We will be continuing our work in the fall semester when we return from summer recess.
