Four ounces of roast vegetables create a CO2e emission of 80 CO2e points
One slice of bread creates a CO2e emission of 30 CO2e points
We do not have the research to indicate how many CO2e points are created with the spreads

A carbon point equals one gram of CO2e emissions of greenhouse gases. CO2e stands for carbon dioxide equivalent, which is an internationally accepted measure that expresses the amount of global warming from greenhouse gases. CO2e is not limited to carbon dioxide but also includes other greenhouse gases such as methane.
