Portabello Mushrooms
Zucchini Burgers
Natural Airline Chicken Breast
(Gerber Farm, Kidron, Ohio)
Pulled BBQ Pork
French Fries
Onion Rings

The chicken breast when eaten with a bun, tomato and lettuce creates a CO2e of 550 points.
French fries = 125 CO2e points
Onion Rings = 110 CO2e point

We do not have the research to indicate how many CO2e points are created with the portabello mushroom sandwich or zucchini burger.

A carbon point equals one gram of CO2e emissions of greenhouse gases. CO2e stands for carbon dioxide equivalent, which is an internationally accepted measure that expresses the amount of global warming from greenhouse gases. CO2e is not limited to carbon dioxide but also includes other greenhouse gases such as methane.
