4 ounces Penne Pasta creates a CO2e of 200 points.
2 ounces Marinara = 150 CO2e points
4 ounces Vegetables = 80 CO2e points
We do not have the research to estimate how many CO2e points are created with the garlic oil or pesto.

A carbon point equals one gram of CO2e emissions of greenhouse gases. CO2e stands for carbon dioxide equivalent, which is an internationally accepted measure that expresses the amount of global warming from greenhouse gases. CO2e is not limited to carbon dioxide but also includes other greenhouse gases such as methane.
