Today’s stir-fry creates a CO2e of 300 points
Stir-fry made with other protein sources would have created the following CO2e points:
        Beef stir-fry = 2700 CO2e points
        Tofu stir-fry = 1300 CO2e points
        Chicken stir-fry = 600 CO2e points

A carbon point equals one gram of CO2e emissions of greenhouse gases.
