2006 Violetta Dupont Vocal Competition.  Convent Station, NJ.  Finalist will perform for an audience and judges on April 29, 2006.  All materials must be received by March 11,  2006.  No website is listed, but come by the CRC for the entry form or more information.

 

2006 Jenny Lind Competition for Sopranos.  Bridgeport, Connecticut.  Competition will take place on April 22, 2006.  The application and information is available on their website at www.barnumfestival.com.  Application deadline is March 17, 2006.

Summer arts school and festival seeks resident String Quartet and Resident Wind Quintet to perform with, and to teach and/or coach, students of varying ages and skill levels in orchestral and chamber music settings. The date for the U. S. Army Strings Violin Live Auditions  has now been finalized and will be Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at Ft. Myer, VA.
