| Thursday, Nov. 17: | Deadline for organizations/alumni to contact their top candidate with an internship offer and indicate their top candidate and a ranked list of acceptable alternates in ObieOpps. |
| Monday, Nov. 21: | Deadline for students to accept their internship offer. If offer is declined inform the Office of Career Services and they will contact the alternates. |
| December: | Provide intern with relevant information about the organization, including office location, parking, dress code, security measures, and start date and time. Information on housing is also helpful. |
| Wednesday, Jan. 4: | First day of Winter Term. Internship may begin on or around this day. On the first day of the internship the intern and site supervisor will complete a learning agreement that outlines the goals for the internship. The learning agreement must be submitted to the Office of Career Services by Wed., Jan. 11. |
| Monday, Jan. 30: | End of Winter Term. Internship may end on or around this day. The intern and site supervisor will complete an internship evaluation before the end of the internship. The evaluation must be submitted to the Office of Career Services on or before this day. |
