April 14, 2007 -- The Oberlin College women's tennis team defeated visiting Allegheny, 9-0, today in a North Coast Athletic Conference match. The Yeowomen won each of the three doubles matches and all six singles matches in the win. With the victory, Oberlin improved to 9-7 overall (3-1 NCAC), while Allegheny fell to 5-10 overall (1-3 NCAC).

Singles winners were senior Bianca Barr, sophomore Elle Anzinger, junior Jackie Golden, sophomore Olivia Hayden, sophomore Kelly Sipp, and sophomore Lara Nagle. Doubles winners included Barr and Anzinger, Golden and Sipp, and Olivia and Jane Hayden.

The Yeowomen return to action Monday, when they host Denison University. The match is set to begin at 4:30 p.m. in the Heisman Field House.
