-- The Oberlin College women's tennis team were defeated by nationally ranked Kenyon College, 1-8, in its season finale this evening. With the North Coast Athletic Conference loss, the Yeowomen fall to 10-9 overall (4-3 NCAC), while Kenyon improves to 14-5 (5-1 NCAC).
The Yeomen were led by sophomore Jane Hayden, who defeated Kenyon's Anna Frutiger, 1-6, 7-6, 10-8. With the victory, Jane won her ninth singles match of the season.
Oberlin will return to action when it travels to Granville, Ohio for the NCAC Tournament, which takes place April 27-28.
