October 20, 2007 -- Oberlin trekked to nearby Wooster this afternoon for a North Coast Athletic Conference women's soccer match. The Yeowomen were unable to score as the Fighting Scots boasted a 3-0 league win. With the loss, Oberlin slipped to 2-12-1 overall and 0-7-0 in the NCAC. Wooster improved to 11-4-1 overall (3-2-1 NCAC).
Wooster out-shot Oberlin 20-6 and had a 6-1 advantage in corner kick opportunities. Letitia Clark led the Fighting Scots with a pair of goals. Lois Immerman was the only Yeowoman to tally more than one shot. Christie Zelnik had five saves in 90 minutes of action for Oberlin.
Oberlin will travel to Hiram on October 24 for its next game.
