March 18 - Oberlin College women’s soccer coach Kristen Hayden will be hosting the fourth-annual advanced overnight camp for girls from July 20-23.
November 15 -- Two women’s soccer players were named to the 2007 All-North Coast Athletic Conference team. Junior forward Joelle Sesar and senior midfielder Jessica Greenberg both earned honorable mention selections.
October 29 -- Senior field hockey standout Kaitlin Barrer and first-year women's soccer player Lois Immerman were both named the North Coast Athletic Conference's Players of the Week in their respective sports. Barrer had an outstanding game in her final regular season contest at Oberlin, while Immerman stood out in the Yeowomen's win over Hiram College.

The Oberlin women's soccer team lost in its final game
of the 2007 season today to SUNY-Fredonia, 0-1. With
the loss at Fred Shults Field, the Yeowomen close out
the year with a 3-13-1 overall (1-8-0 North Coast Athletic
Conference) record.
October 24 -- Lois Immerman scored a goal just 1:14 into overtime today as the Oberlin women's soccer team defeated host Hiram College, 1-0. With the victory, the Yeowomen snapped an 11-game losing streak and claimed their first North Coast Athletic Conference victory of the 2007 season. Oberlin improved its record to 3-12-1 overall and 1-7-0 in the NCAC. The Terriers slipped to 8-10-0 overall (0-7-0 NCAC) with the loss.
Hiram out-shot Oberlin, 14-11, but great defensive play along with eight saves in goal between Leslie Mills and Christie Zelnik allowed the Yeowomen's offense to wait for its chance to strike. Immerman led Oberlin with four shots on the day. Kate Berry-Millett added an assist on the overtime game-winner.
October 20 -- Oberlin trekked to nearby Wooster this afternoon for a North Coast Athletic Conference women's soccer match. The Yeowomen were unable to score as the Fighting Scots boasted a 3-0 league win. With the loss, Oberlin slipped to 2-12-1 overall and 0-7-0 in the NCAC. Wooster improved to 11-4-1 overall (3-2-1 NCAC).

Allegheny College this afternoon for a North Coast
Athletic Conference women's soccer contest at Fred
Shults Field. The visiting Gators scored three first-half
goals to defeat the Yeowomen, 3-1.
October 16 -- Kenyon College
visited Oberlin this afternoon for a North Coast Athletic
Conference women's soccer contest at the recently dedicated
Fred Shults Field. The Yeowomen fought the Kenyon Ladies
tough throughout the match, but the visitors came away
with a 2-0 victory. With the loss, Oberlin slipped
to 2-10-1 overall and 0-5-0 in the NCAC. Kenyon improved
to 7-5-2 (3-2-1) with the win.
