May 13, 2007 -- A number of Oberlin's track and field student-athletes traveled across the midwest this weekend to compete in a pair of invitationals. Several Yeomen participated in Allegheny College's (Pa.) Gator Invitational, while a group of Yeowomen voyaged to North Central College (Naperville, Ill.) to compete in the Dr. Keeler Invitational.

The highlight of the weekend was the effort of sophomore Ryan King in the mile run at the Gator Invite. The Glastonbury, Conn., native finished in fourth place with a time of 4:17.40.
