The Yeomen defeated host Otterbein College, 7-2, in
a non-conference match today. With the victory Oberlin
improved to 2-1 overall, while Otterbein fell to 2-2
on the year.
Earning singles victories today were
junior Chris Pray, sophomore David Midler, senior Arthur
Zeyda, junior Ezra Goldman, and junior Colin Burling.
In first doubles action, Pray and Burling
defeated Otterbein's Tyler Stephen and Jacob Lauber,
9-7. Yeomen Goldman and Midler were also victorious
in their second doubles match over the Cardinals' Andrew
Morgan and Jordan Green, 8-4.
The Yeomen return to action tomorrow
for their first conference match of the season against
Wittenberg (12:00 p.m.).
