-- A trio of men's soccer players were recently named to the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association's Division III All-Ohio Team. Seniors Zach Tesler and Clayton Combe both received second-team recognition, while junior Sam Zackheim was named third team.
Tesler, a midfielder, finished second on the team in goals (six) and points (12). Combe was the only goalkeeper to receive first team honors in the North Coast Athletic Conference after recording seven shutouts and compiling 69 saves and only 17 goals allowed. Combe was also named second team All-NCAC in 2005. Zackheim received first team All-NCAC accolades for the second straight season at the midfield position, leading the Yeomen with seven goals and 15 points. He finished the 2006 campaign tied for third in the conference with 0.38 goals per game.
