-- After qualifying for the NCAC Tournament for the first time in school history and finishing the 2005 conference schedule with a 6-2-1 record, this year's version of the Oberlin men's soccer team was picked to again be among the elite group of teams competing for a 2006 NCAC title.
The Yeomen received 61 total votes and a fourth-place position in the NCAC's preseason poll, which was conducted by the conference's coaches yesterday afternoon.
