Erik Strand (Fr.)

May 18, 2007 -- After a vote conducted by the North Coast Athletic Conference's men's lacrosse coaches, Oberlin College first-year attacker Erik Strand was recently named honorable mention All-NCAC for his efforts during the 2007 season. Strand was Oberlin's lone pick to the All-NCAC squad after putting together an outstanding debut season for the Yeomen.

A native of Carlisle, Pa. (Carlisle High School), Strand led Oberlin with 26 goals, was second on the team with six assists, and finished third on the squad in face-offs won (14). Strand started in 11 of the team's 13 contests for Head Coach Kevin Walz.
