Yeomen picked sixth in NCAC coaches and media preseason polls
August 3, 2007 -- The 2007 version of the Oberlin College Football Media Guide is now available for download on the Oberlin athletics web site. There is a buzz of excitement around the Yeomen's upcoming season, as 11 starters return on the offensive side of the ball and eight starters return on defense for Head Coach Jeff Ramsey. At yesterday's North Coast Athletic Conference Media Day, Oberlin was picked sixth in both the coaches and media preseason polls. Oberlin kicks off its season on September 1 at Savage Stadium in a 1:00 p.m. non-conference showdown against nearby rival Case Western Reserve University. Oberlin's final home game will be played against Allegheny on Nov. 10 at 1:00 p.m. and will be broadcast by SportsTime Ohio at 9:00 p.m.
