-- The Oberlin field hockey team held host Earlham College scoreless this afternoon en route to a 3-0 North Coast Athletic Conference win. With the win, Oberlin improved to 7-9 overall and 6-4 in the NCAC. Earlham slipped to 3-10 overall and 0-10 in league play.
Abigail Brox, Taylor Rogers, and Kaitlin Barrer all scored goals for the Yeowomen, while Lauren Malinowski and Manya Lulek combined for the shutout with six saves and one stop, respectively.
Earlham's Katherine McDonough led the Quakers with 16 saves.
Oberlin will travel to Wittenberg on October 24 for its next game.
