Women's Cross Country Picked First in Preseason NCAC Poll Yeomen harriers picked to finish fifth by the league's coaches
August 22, 2007 -- After a vote conducted by the North Coast Athletic Conference's cross country coaches, the Oberlin women's team was picked to finish first in the league by racking up seven first place votes and 75 points. The Yeomen were picked to finish fifth, garnering 64 points.
Last season, the Yeowomen claimed their second NCAC title, and will be led in 2007 by returning All-NCAC runners Marie Barnett (Sr.) and Maddy Davis-Hayes (Jr.).
