Oberlin Harriers Run in All-Ohio Championships

October 5, 2007 -- Oberlin's cross country team traveled to Ohio Wesleyan University today in Delaware, Ohio, to compete in the All-Ohio Championships. The Yeowomen placed fourth out of 22 teams in the Division III category and 15th out of 44 teams in Division I, II, and III overall. The Yeomen placed 10th out of 20 teams in Division III and 23rd out of 39 teams in all divisions.

Joanna Johnson had the best performance for the Yeowomen today. The first-year placed fourth in the Division III category with a time of 19:57. Johnson also placed 38th out of 298 runners in all divisions.

The Yeomen were paced by junior Ryan King. He crossed the finish line in a time of 28:16, placing 29th amongst Division III runners.
