The Yeowomen placed second out of 14 teams, and were only four points behind Case, which finished the 2006 campaign ninth in the nation. The Yeomen also ran extremely well today, placing fifth out of 11 teams.

Highlighting the Yeowomen's effort was junior Maddy Davis-Hayes (pictured right), who crossed the finish in fifth place with a time of 19:42. Nicky Ouellet placed right behind Davis-Hayes in sixth place (19:45), while newcomer Joanna Johnson placed eighth (19:47) in her first intercollegiate race.

The Yeomen were paced by juniors Ryan King and Conor Doss. King clocked in at 27:18 in the 8K race, good for 14th place overall, while Doss ran a time of 27:22 and placed 18th.
