May 14, 2007 -- After a vote conducted by the North Coast Athletic Conference's baseball coaches, six Yeomen were named all-conference after outstanding 2007 seasons. First-year Jack Dunn received first team All-NCAC accolades, seniors Rick Betzel, Seth Binder, and Jesse Cullen-Dupont were awarded second team All-NCAC honors, and senior Jaremy Rich and sophomore Jeremy Simon were named honorable mention All-NCAC.
Dunn went 6-6 and broke Oberlin single-season school records for wins and strikeouts (73). Betzel batted .327 with three home runs and 34 runs batted in, while Binder hit at a .333 clip with 25 stolen bases. Cullen-Dupont set a new single-season school records for stolen bases (27) while hitting a team-best .379 with two home runs, six doubles, and a team-leading .492 on-base percentage. Rich accumulated a 5-5 record on the mound and Simon hit .327 with a home run and 19 runs batted in.
