March 21 – Oberlin College fans will get an inside look of what really goes on during a long road trip as OC athletes Brian Verne, Kimiko Glynn, Chris Sanders and Michelle Zanni and Ruth Allanbrook will be chronicling their team’s respective spring break trips in the OC Blog Center.
Verne, a junior outfielder for Oberlin, will provide all the behind scenes scoop of the Yeomen’s upcoming trip to Phoenix, Ariz. in the Verne’s Words Blog.
Glynn, is a senior and team captain of the OC women’s tennis team and will surely have some interesting stories to share about her team’s adventure to Hilton Head, S.C. - serving up all the inside information in her blog.
Zanni and Allanbrook serve as the main battery for the Oberlin softball team as Allanbrook handles the duties behind the plate, while Zanni is the main cog on the mound for the Yeowomen. They will not only be working together on the field this week in Fort Myers, Fla., but they will also collaborate in filling you in on what is happening outside of the box during spring break in their blog.
Also, OC baseball fans will be able to hear every game of the Greater Phoenix Invitational by clicking here or on the teamline logo on the athletics homepage. The cost to listen to each game is $10 and fans must register through Oberlin’s designated teamline page.
