Tim Carver joined Oberlin College as the head athletic trainer for the men's and women's varsity sports programs in 1990. Prior to joining Oberlin College, Carver was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of North Carolina for the sports of wrestling and baseball.

Carver received his bachelor of arts degree in athletic training from Purdue University in 1988 and received a masters of arts degree in sports medicine from the University of North Carolina in 1990.

Carver resides in South Amherst with his wife, Lisa, and their two children, KayLynn and Kaleb.

Jill Lane joined the Oberlin College Sports Medicine Department in 2004. Lane received her bachelor's degree of science in athletics training from Valparaiso University in 2000 and her master's degree of education in sport psychology from Cleveland State University in 2002.

Previously, Lane served as the Head Athletics Trainer at Charles F. Brush High School in Lyndhurst, Ohio, while also working with the University Suburban Sport Medicine Center. Lane began as a graduate assistant at Cleveland State University, where she worked with the men's soccer, wrestling and baseball teams.

Currently, Lane has primary responsibility for the care of men's and women's soccer, women's basketball, and the men's lacrosse team.

She resides in Willoughby, Ohio with her husband Dan.

Manzie Williams arrived at Oberlin in January of 2005. Williams earned a B.A. in athletic training from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2004 and an M.Ed. in exercise science from Cleveland State University in 2005. Prior to returning to Oberlin in January of 2006, Williams was an athletic trainer at STAR Physical Therapy in Tiffin, Ohio.

Williams currently has primary responsibilities for the care of field hockey, volleyball, men's basketball and the women's lacrosse team. He resides in Elyria with his wife, Alicia, and their two daughters Alyce and Ava.

Kristin Hopkins joined the Oberlin College Sports Medicine Department in February of 2008.  Hopkins earned a Bachelors of Arts in athletic training at Miami of Ohio University in 2006 as well as completed a post-graduate internship with Coastal Carolina University that year.

Prior to arriving at Oberlin, Hopkins served as an athletic trainer for the Sports Health division of the Cleveland Clinic in Lorain, Ohio.

Hopkins currently has primary responsibilities for the care of the men’s and women’s track and field teams as well as the main provider for the club sport medical program.  She resides in North Royalton with her son, Tyler.
