Jazzercise

It's the original dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute class offers a blend of jazz dance and exercise science set to your favorite music — top 40, jazz, country, funk and classics. Easy-to-follow, fun choreography includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale. Classes Held in Hales Gymnasium.

2007-2008 Schedule

Friday evening session moved to Saturday morning, 8:00-9:00 a.m.

Monday and Wednesday: 7:00 p.m. - Original Jazzercize - 60-70 min.
Easy to follow, fun choreography includes a gentle warmup, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale.

First and Third Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. - Body Sculpting - 40-50 min. and/or Express 30 min.
A great muscle toning strength training workout using weight and bands. The class is then followed by Express, a 30 min. aerobic workout. Choose to do one or both classes.

Second and Fourth Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. - Circuit Training by Jazzercise - 60-70 min.
Featuring a proven combination of aerobic exercise and strength training with weights and resistance tubes, this Jazzercise workout covers all the fitness bases as you cross train your way to a fit and fabulous look. Class Fees: $74 2 month pass.

$60, Special OC student rate for 2 month pass
$40, two-month Saturday pass
$32, one-month EFT* pass
$8, walk-in
