| The index of letters received by Oberlin College's Office of the Treasurer from the inception of the college to 1907 is divided into two parts: the first contains letters received between the years of 1822 and 1866, while the second contains letters received between the years of 1867 and 1907. Each part contains a brief introduction about the content and formatting of the index—as they were compiled at different times—and a lengthy index, arranged alphabetically by last name or institution title, which contains the location where and dates when each correspondent wrote (when available). |
