RG 30/323 - Roger Taylor (1921-2006)
Scope and Content

The papers of Roger Taylor consists of his writings about Charles Grandison Finney and Potto Brown, Finney and Reverend John Moore, and a manuscript about Finney's and Charles Darwin. The writings provide insight into Finney's ministry in England, as well as the influence that Charles Darwin's had on the religious beliefs of Finney. Also included is a draft of a talk entitled Antecedents to Finney's Visit to Britain in 1849 given by Taylor at First Church in Oberlin, Ohio on 7 September 1988.

This collection of writings and a talk were received from Roger Taylor in five separate accessions in 1988, 1989, 1991, 1996, and 2000.
