A naming gift to the Allen Memorial Art Museum provides a lasting tribute to an individual or individuals whose contributions deserve recognition and commemoration. Endowing curatorships is a high priority. Curators spearhead acquisitions for the collection and collaborate with faculty and students to organize exhibitions and museum-based courses. Curatorial endowments will ensure that the museum can permanently support teaching in a variety of fields and maintain the AMAM’s standing as one of the leading academic museums in the country.
The names of the benefactors for these positions will be reflected in a named curatorship and will appear on a permanent donor wall on the ground floor of the Cass Gilbert building. Please see the individual descriptions for more information.
