Put on your old Oberlin College t-shirt, grab a pair of work gloves and help take the celebrated Oberlin community service spirit to the streets!

Saturday, April 17, 2010 is a day for Obies to get together and get busy in their local communities.  Alumni, students and friends of Oberlin College will work together across the country during what will become an annual Oberlin College Alumni day of service.  The long-term goal is to grow the event each year. 

Whether it’s sorting provisions at an area food bank, painting houses for the elderly or cleaning up a local park, the Oberlin Cares - Alumni Day of Service will bring alumni, students and friends together throughout the country, offering a chance to connect with each other while completing an important service project and giving back to the local community.
