Vision Plan An employee may enroll for Vision coverage only when he/she is first eligible or during the annual Open Enrollment period. During the Open enrollment period, you may enroll or cancel the Vision plan. Employees who are currently enrolled and wish to continue their coverage need do nothing during open enrollment. CIGNA Vision Plan CIGNA is the vision provider for Oberlin College.
