If you check the box asking for a response, a Council member will reply (usually, this will be the Council Chair), Council will use input from these forms as discussion points within Council and/or to other personnel, as applicable (i.e., Pres. Nancy Dye, Benefits Committee representative, General Faculty Planning Council rep).
