Attn Students: Below are some important academic deadlines that you should be aware of as you plan your schedule:

Registration period for Spring 2009 semester	Monday, November 10 – Friday, November 21
Last day to declare P/NP or CR/NE option for second-module courses; Last day to withdraw from a second-module course	Monday, November 24
Thanksgiving Break	Thursday, November 27 – Sunday, November 30
Last day to register for Winter Term 2009	Friday, December 5
Classes end, 4:30 p.m.	Friday, December 12
Reading Period	Saturday, December 13 – Monday, December 15
Final examination period begins	Tuesday, December 16
Fall semester ends	Saturday, December 20

About the Office
The Office of the Dean of Studies serves College and Double-Degree students by:
• Providing academic advising.
• Assistance in exploring study away options.
• Granting enrolled-not-in-residence status.
• Resolving problems with walking at graduation.
• Information on Individual Majors.
• Arranging necessary changes in final examination schedules.
• Granting permission for part-time and over-load study, and emergency or academic incompletes at the end of the semester.
